I know Starbucks makes great products, but it’s just so inconsistent by location. Got a lot of good drinks here probably a few dozen times, but today got just an undrinkable drink. Ordered a grande, vanilla, sweet cream, cold brew with light cream at protein foam, and got a double cream regular foam drink. Tasted like ice milk with a hint of bitterness. It’s Just, I think people are willing to pay a lot more for a reliable, good tasting drink, but when this happens, it’s just Like what are you supposed to do. If you take your drink in to ask for a remake, well it’s the same person who made it the first time I’m just gonna get another bad drink. So do you roll the dice every time you go past this location and say I guess I’m willing to just take something I literally throw in the garbage can or might actually drink? You would just think there would be some consistency.
The best Starbucks in the area by far. Staffing and management make an enormous difference, and Nathan and Roger are fantastic, as are all of the staff. Also has a nice group of regular customers.
It’s always the same the food comes out light years before the drink and then I’m stuck waiting for a drink that comes out 10 min later. They always say they are short staffed…. That ten min cost me time in my long commute to work…
